feat: release contextual omnichannel customer platform

Add Telegram, WhatsApp and email account management, realtime messaging, contextual multilingual AI, customer intelligence, knowledge workflows, enterprise controls, a unified design system and complete repository documentation.

+## 邮箱与支付
+
+- 团队邀请：`SMTP_HOST`、`SMTP_PORT`、`SMTP_SECURE`、`SMTP_USER`、`SMTP_PASSWORD`、`SMTP_FROM`。
+- 企业邮箱渠道使用用户提供的 IMAP/SMTP 信息；`EMAIL_CREDENTIAL_KEY` 用于加密凭据。
+- Stripe：`STRIPE_SECRET_KEY`、`STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET` 和各套餐 `STRIPE_PRICE_*`。
+
+## 生成随机密钥
+

+每个变量单独生成，不复用。生产密钥应放入部署平台的 Secret 管理，不写入 Compose、镜像或 CI 日志。
